Connect Supported Employment

Working to increase employment opportunities for people with learning and associated disabilities.

Supported business offering employment opportunities to people with mental / physical learning disabilities. We offer a comprehensive package of work training, including: personal profiling, job advice and guidance, work induction, action planning, work experience and job search assistance. Support from a job coach to produce a tailored package of work related skills. May take up to two years to complete.

Connect is part of SBC Social Services

People aged between 18 and 60 unemployed, available for training and wanting work.
