Enham helps disabled people succeed by offering a choice of learning programmes, employment opportunities and housing and care options.
All these aim to help disabled people progress and achieve their personal goals.
Swindons Direct Payment and Payroll Service provides information and support to enable people manage the direct payments they receive from Swindon Borough Council,allowing them to purchase the support services to meet their needs.
We also provide a Payroll Service free of charge to Direct Payments users, giving people who employ staff the ability to pay their staff without the worry of calculating tax and national insurance contributions.
Our website also has lots of information on Direct Payments, employing staff, and support planning. We also publish a quarterly newsletter, EnhamDirect, containing useful articles to people receiving Direct Payments.
