Highworth Community Church - The Bridge
The Bridge acts as a link between Highworth Community Church and the local community of Highworth. The resource we have here is intended to benefit the community - currently the 'Link' team meet here, also 'HAFFT' (Highworth a Fairtrade Town), also an 'Operation Christmas Child' craft group.
YOUTH ACTIVITIES: 'Transition' on Thursdays 4pm - 5pm; 'RS2' on Sundays 11am - 12Noon - a chance to see friends, have refreshments, use computers. On Sundays - meet friends, spend time with God. On 2nd Wednesday of months 10.30am 'Expert Patient Group' offering support to those with long term illness.
Our premises are wheelchair friendly but unfortunately we do not have a toilet for the disabled.Monday: 9.30am - 1pm 'Drop In' for friendship and chat
Tuesday: 9am - 1pm 'Drop in' for friendship and chat & 9am - 11am Computer help with 'how to find cheap travel in UK' (Alternate weeks) & 11am - 1pm 'Drop In' for friendship and chat (2nd Wednesday of each month only till 10.30am due to the Expert Patient group meeting) & 11am - 1pm 'Have a go Craft Sessions'
Thursday: 9.45am - 11am Carers and tots & 11am - 1pm 'Drop In for friendship and chat & 11am - 1pm Computer Help
Friday: 9.30am - 1pm 'Drop In for friendship and chat; Saturday 10am till 12noon - Carers and tots
We offer the use of our computers free of charge, computer help is available at all times as required. Saturday 10am - 12Noon - drop in for coffee. (Our loudspeakers and PA system are regularly used for events in the community).

On Sundays we meet at The Rec 10.15am - 12Noon. during that time children and young people's activities are offered. From time to time we sell ceramic wood products produced at Gloucester House. Trained counselling by appointment with Willows Counselling.
