Jamia Muhammadia
Jamia Muhammadia is a well established local group providing information, support and advice to people from the Pakistani community who may have language problems.
Jamia Muhammadia organises regular cultural meetings, functions and seminars for the advancement of Arabic teachings. The group also tries to bring together Muslims and non-Muslims to develop ideas and bring together information on multi-cultural education.
The organisation can also provide informal advice, moral support and clerical help for senior citizens and people who are chronically ill or disabled.
Support and assistance is also provided when dealing with public bodies and partner agencies.
