Kingshill Research Centre
Kingshill Research Centre is a service area within the Department of Old Age Psychiatry (DOAP) and part of the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. We specialise in research into dementia, investigating: *Drug treatments, *Ways of identifying dementia, *How to assess dementia, *Best practice in dementia care, *The benefits of supporting carers.
Memory clinic- available to anyone over 55 with concerns about their memory.
Ramps and Lift
The term dementia includes diagnosis of: *Alzheimer's Disease, *Vascular Dementia, *Dementia of the Lewy Body Type. Dementia may also be due to reversible causes.

Volunteers needed for research in to dementia - all volunteers must be over 45 years old and live in Wiltshire or the surrounding area (please contact us if you are unsure whether you may be eligible to participate).
Area served: South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Berkshire (part), South Oxfordshire.
People (mostly 60+) with dementia, mild cognitive impairment, concerned about their memory.
