Our 40+ program has been especially designed for the more mature Martial Artist.
It is a well known fact that Martial Arts like taekwondo can help improve a whole range of areas in someone's life, be it physical or mental. It is a sad fact that our society fails to cater for the needs of our community as we all mature. Here at Leadership Martial Arts we have taken the challenge on board by developing this amazing program - giving you all the benefits of training in a Martial Arts program, but with the considerations of the limitations of a more "mature" body!
