The Pre-School Programme
Our Pre-School Martial Arts Programme is aimed at children between the ages of 2 and 4, and provides children with the most basic fundamentals of Martial Arts training, all through the aid of small, short term goals and rewards. Classes are taught at a slower pace than the regular children's classes, allowing younger students the opportunity to flourish without the need to keep up with bigger, stronger youths.
How Will These Classes Benefit My Child?
Our preschool programme is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving preschool age children's basic motor and listening skills, which will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future. Classes are 30 minutes to appeal to shorter attention spans. Games and fun are mixed with discipline and precision.

We believe that the time between the ages of 2 and 4 are some of the most important years of a child's development. Our programme will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. They will also learn how to work with others and follow directions from instructors, which will give them a head start when they begin primary school.
Between the ages of two and four, your child is growing in mind, body and spirit. These ages are distinctly important, as they set the tone for your child's life pattern of behaviour. Childhood development experts recommend that preschool children participate in physical and mental activities to encourage personality growth, physical maturity, and social skills. The martial arts effectively provide these experiences in a variety of ways.
Martial arts will teach your child motor skill coordination, precision movements that increase hand-eye coordination and foot/leg movements that help them learn balance and move past the toddler "wobbles."
