Lower Shaw Farm Health Walk
Mondays (check with us for Bank Holidays)
Meet at the farm at 3.15pm, step out at 3.30pm
A group walk lasting 35 to 45 minutes, with refreshments at the end. For those wanting to make friends, and enjoy a little fresh air, while maintaining or improving health with some gentle exercise.
Cost: Free – but donation for refreshments appreciated!
