Our mission is to reach and improve the lives of everyone in the UK living with cancer.
Macmillan in Wiltshire
We fund 9 full time healthcare professionals at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon (including breast, lung and skin cancer Macmillan Nurses and a Clinical Psychologist). We also fund a GP Adviser in Trowbridge.
We fund two Macmillan Welfare Benefits Adviser posts, at the CABs in Swindon and Salisbury.
Last year, we were able to give out nearly £75,000 in Macmillan Grants to 420 people living with cancer across Wiltshire.
In the last 12 months, over 450 people living with cancer across Wiltshire have contacted the Macmillan Support Line for help.
