A national telephone helpline for people with debt problems in England, Wales and Scotland. The service is free, confidential and independent. National Debtline is a pilot of the Money Advice trust in association with the Birmingham Settlement.
Specialist advice given over the telephone is backed up with written self-help materials. Debt Management Plans available.
Mon - Fri 9am to 9pm, Sat 9.30am to 1pm.
Self-help packs available plus plenty of on-line resources and materials including letter templates.
