North Wilts Hockey Club
We are an energetic, ambitious hockey club, catering for all standards of players. We believe in having fun and, in addition to our various hockey related activities, have an exciting social calendar.
The ethos of North Wilts is that of a family. We have players from across the generations, and there is an active junior and youth section providing a high standard of coaching for young people. We run a programme of junior tournaments that draw in club and school teams from across the county and surrounding areas.
In 2008 we became one of the first hockey clubs in Wiltshire to get Clubs 1st accreditation, England Hockey’s quality mark for coaching. In the summer there is an adult six-a-side tournament. Run over a weekend in July the tournament attracts mens and ladies teams from across the region.
Whether you are an experienced player, or thinking of taking up the sport, or returning to playing, make us your hockey club and get more out of life.
Juniors (ages 5-14): train Tuesdays 6-7pm during term times.
Adults (men and women): train Tuesdays 7-9pm.
All training is on the Astroturf at Dorcan Leisure Centre.
