SANELINE is a national out of hours telephone helpline providing information and support for anyone affected by mental health problems, including families and carers.
Open 365 days a year from 6pm to 11pm.
Telephone for help, email for admin queries only.
Open every day of the year. Staffed by volunteers who are supported and paid co-ordinators. Training in listening and empathetic skills is all part of voluntary training. Talks by doctors, social workers, and lawyers on medical helath issues. Unique database available to volunteers to help with caller enquiries.
