St Helena Friends United
St Helena is an island in the South Atlantic Ocean, it is a UK dependant territory and part of the UK & EU.
The people who live there are hugely patriotic to the UK, as well as very hardworking.
The island is an extinct volcano some 700 miles from Ascension island and some 2000 miles from the west coast of Africa.
The island’s only physical communication with the outside world is a ship, the RMS ST Helena.
We are Sylvia Langham (Lawrence), and Chris Langham, and we are sole trustees of the charity.
We plan to undertake about five or Six Events per year at first, with the possibility of an Open Air All Day Event, and further charity fundraising possibilities.
