LEARN CHINESE LANGUAGE AND LEARN ABOUT CHINESE CULTURE

The Swindon Chinese School (SCS) is an independent, non-political, non-religious and non-profit-making community school jointly managed by parents and teachers. Its mission is to promote the understanding of Chinese culture among younger generation, and to raise their interest in learning the Chinese language. It welcomes children aged 4 and above of all races.

The SCS is a member of the UK Federation of Chinese Schools. It offers standard Chinese lessons which enable students to speak, read and write the language as well as have an understanding of the Chinese culture step-by-step in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

The SCS provides curriculum for Infant Class, Junior Class and Middle Class (equivalent to GCSE level) in Putonghua (Mandarin) every Sunday (except school vacation and holidays). Students will be admitted to appropriate classes according to their comprehension of the language.
