If you want to acquire skills and confidence to speak effectively in any situation, then Swindon Speakers Club is the place for you
We welcome total novices and those wanting to brush up their public speaking in an atmosphere of friendly encouragement.
We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 7.30pm for a prompt 7.45pm start and finish by around 10pm.
If there’s a 5th Thursday in the month we organise an external social event.

We are affiliated to the Association of Speakers Clubs, an organisation with 140 clubs up and down the country that helps people develop and improve their communication skills.
Swindon Speakers Club was established in 1982 and currently has around 20 full members of all ages and backgrounds. After attending two meetings free, you will be asked if you want to join us.
Fees: £40 a year plus an initial cost of £16 for the ASC Speakers Guide and badge (see What We Do), if joining after the Christmas break (see Club Calendar) then £5 a meeting. You will receive two free copies of the ASCs' The Speaker magazine a year.
