The Pilgrim Centre

The Pilgrim Centre opened in November 1990 as a new home for Central Church

As part of the church's vision, the Pilgrim Centre was designed to be a centre serving the centre of Swindon by way of a meeting place whether through the room hire service or the  Roundabout Café.

The Centre is run by both paid and volunteer staff and we like to think we offer a friendly as well as an efficient service.

We are run by a charity and groups hiring our rooms may like to know that any profit generated is ploughed back into the work of the Centre and so directly helps other charities who use the Centre.  Three days a week the Centre offers a Befrienders service where we feed and clothe homeless people.  We are grateful for your support.

We offer rooms to hire for your event – for up to 180 people – in various sized rooms.

We have a catering team who can provide you with anything from a cup of tea to a three-course dinner.Alternatively you can bring your own refreshments and food – whatever suits you best.

To keep our prices low we offer a 'room only' hire (includes tables and chairs), but we can provide extras such as flip-charts and overhead projectors for a small additional charge as well as office services (phone, internet, fax, photocopying etc).

Prices are per room, not per head.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
