The Aim is to improve the quality of life of women from different background, working or living in Swindon to make a good community, harmony in diversity.
Objectives
1. To establish partnership between women from minority ethnic communities and appropriate agencies to tackle social, educational, recreational, and health issues which would have a positive impact on the lives of women from minority groups living or working in Swindon.
2. To develop the capacity and skills of women from minority ethnic communities so they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and participate more fully in society.
