Upham Road Resource Centre
The Upham Road Centre is a day service providing activities and opportunities for adults with a learning disability based both in the community and in the centre. The Centre also has teams that specialise in particular areas of need including profound and complex disabilities and challenging behaviour. The Centre's aim is to provide high quality activities to encourage service users to maintain and develop new skills.
Referral required through Care Managers or Joint Community Teams.
