Wiltshire Association of Local Councils
Wiltshire Association of Local Councils supports and advises parish and town councils in Wiltshire and Swindon as they in turn support the communities in which they serve.
Local Councils, as the first tier of local government, are in a position where they can really make things happen and really make a difference in their communities.
WALC endeavours to support and encourage the above by offering guidance, advice and training to councils in membership.
