Are you looking for volunteers?

Are you keen to involve people from different backgrounds?  Are you open, supportive and non-judgemental? Volunteer Centre Swindon would like to hear from you. 

The Volunteer Centre Swindon would like to talk to volunteer-involving organisations who would like to increase the diversity of their volunteers but just need a bit of guidance around how to do this and the things to think about to make it easy for people to get involved.   

They would also like to talk to you if you already have a diverse range of volunteers from different backgrounds and can give some hints and tips to others around what has worked for you and the benefits you get from involving a range of people.
